We are extremely proud of our hard-working staff. Many of our crew members are working part time and attending high school or college.
Our store is organized and impeccably maintained by this incredible group of people.
Thom has been playing paintball since 1990. In 1996 Team Rip was formed and Thom has been playing tournament paintball ever since. In 1998, Thom and his wife, Debbie opened Maximum Paintball.
In addition to his responsibilities at Maximum, Thom has worked as a consultant in research and development for many paintgun manufacturers.
Stone came to us from southern California 4 1/2 years ago. In addition to a full schedule at Fresno State, he also plays on Team Rip and still finds time to hunt, kill, and skin wild animals who are threatening his herd of goats. We're just lucky he can fit us into his schedule.
Garrett is in the entrepreneur program at Fresno State and is totally in love with his gal, Erin.
He is an essential member of our team.
Mike is going on his fourth year at Maximum. If we had to some up his character in a few words they would be, 'intelligent' 'hard working' and 'paintball player'. Trust his paintball knowledge, he knows what he's talking about.
Mike has been working side by side with Thom building our new paintball field as well as attending Fresno City College. In 2010 he'll be enrolling in the CHP Academy.
After waiting an excruciating 10 years, the management at Maximum has finally convinced Ramon to join our staff. We are very lucky to have him.
Ramon is a graduate of MCed in legal assistance and is continuing his education by going to night school. He and his lovely gal, Anastazia recently welcomed a son into their family. Congratulations Ramon from all of us here at the store.
Luis is a full time student and Master Co2 transfer technician here at the store. After a grueling 12 hour day, Luis barely has time to grab some food and spend 5 minutes checking his MySpace page, then... lights out at 9PM while listening to his favorite bands (Roxie Music and The Eagles).
All kidding aside, Luis' knowledge of paintball has increased 10 fold since the beginning of his employment. You'll find him most often keeping a watchful eye at our Field.
Alex has met his goal to become a senior in school. We are all very, very, very proud of him. He also recently finished 'reffing' school, graduated with honors and is now using his knowledge at Maximum The Field. He still enjoys long walks on the beach, picnics in the park, and tearing it up on the paintball field. Alex is a renaissance man.
Junior has been working with us for several months now. He can most often be found at TheField reffing games. He's quick and nimble and is a great field judge!

If you are still in high school you will need to obtain a work permit.
We have extremely high standards when assembling our staff. We prefer little or no work experience when choosing candidates for employment. You will be trained in customer service, retail skills, and reinforcement of societies morals and work ethic.
We carry all necessary insurance policies and all wages are reported to the proper government agencies.
If you can work at Maximum... you can work anywhere.
The state of our economy is weighing heavy on all of us. We are doing our best to maintain a full staff as well as grow our business to include a recreational facility.
