Even though the Young Guns (Trenton Fleck, Simon Valdez, and Cooper Belmont) had just found out that the XPSL wasn't going to continue with the YG program for 2008, they still managed 2nd place at the Bakersfield venue. We are very proud of them!

The XPSL announced that it would no longer offer a young guns division. Siting poor turnout and interest, the announcement was made at the Bakersfield event before competition began.

This is a big day for Maximum Paintball The Field. Despite the rain, Thom and a loyal crew placed the poles for one of the NPPL fields at our new paintball park, The Field. The playing portion of the NPPL field is 100' by 180' and the 'out of bounds' area is 5'.

Thom was just asked to operate the T Shirt Cannon at the Fresno State Football Games in 2008. Here he is launching t shirts out of the Bleacher Reacher 2000. He shot approximately 300 shirts per FSU home game for Super Cuts in 2007. This t shirt cannon can easily shoot t shirts from one goal post to the other!

After working for weeks to hammer out a deal between The City of Fresno and the XPSL to bring another major tournament to Fresno, Thom could not get both sides to agree on available dates. Shawn Walker of the XPSL is juggling two major tournament series and knows that timing and placement is critical. Parks and Recreation of Fresno as well as the Fresno Sports Council is enthusiastic about bringing these paintball tournaments to Fresno and will try again next year to negotiate a deal.

Well, it's here. Eleven rolls of Hybrid netting are currently being stored in a secret location until the poles can be delivered at The Field. We'll post a picture soon!

We are expecting the paintball netting for The Field to arrive any day now that the US Customs Department has released it for delivery. This 'Hybrid' netting is considered to be the finest on the market for paintball fields.
